My name is Jelian Resane. I am interested in applying as an English Teacher in your institution. I am a licensed teacher from the Philippines. I specialize in teaching English with over 3 years of ESL experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from a prestigious school named Cebu Normal University. I also completed additional training in Diploma in Professional Education in Talisay City College, and I attended a 120 hour Master TESOL training which has strengthened my teaching strategies.
		
	
I have taught different learners of all ages for over 3 years at an ESL company and I’ve also experienced teaching in an international school in Japan for a summer season. With that time, I implemented a student centered approach which improved my student engagement and performance. My teaching philosophy is centered on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I believe in using interactive and student-centered methods to encourage critical thinking and creativity.
